Windy as hell out here and I haven't seen the first sign of a fish.

Find deeper water (channels). Beer + Music + soaking shrimps on Carolina rig will produce some action. We saw one fish all day yesterday, one drum meandering in shallow. We changed our game plan and hit deeper water.

Stay warm

I'm hungover as hell and have another party tonight. Your results may determine if I drive down or not.

I had no luck, which is the norm for me apparently. The wind kicked my arse today.

Yea with winds supposed to be 10-20 tomorrow I'm staying home. I may head west if I do go, winds around Hackberry are supposed to be 5mph or less.

Caught about 70 trout in 30 minutes in GM yesterday, then the wind kicked up. Only 8 keepers

Caught my limit of trout in GM today. Most were 13-14 inches but I caught one that was 26 inches and weighed almost 5 lbs. Every one was slap full of small shrimp.
I caught them all on an avocado sparkle beetle with a red jig head tightlined with a slow to medium retrieve. All were caught in canals with about 6 feet of water.
Hope this helps,
