Place to buy fly fishing flies

I've fly fished a bit in my life and am taking the hobby back up. Last I fished was ~2008. Is there a local shop that seems flies? Looking to pick up some freshwater flies. I have plenty of saltwater tackle still.

If you have access to an Orvis then go there. Bass Pro or Cabelas will also have flies. If you have to order online then somewhere like FishWest

Take up fly tying, it’s almost as rewarding as fly fishing...

In South Louisiana most every Tod, dick, and walmart has them. Even small hardwares and gas station bait stands which is the best place for newbies to buy some gas station bait stands dont have much room so tehy only display the most popular flies both wet and dry the ones the locals like. Big box stores like bass pro, academy, etc can be overwhelming with lots of choices many of them not for around here. Go to a lil bait stand they will only have a few choices but tehy will be the local favs

greater New Orleans area. Live in Luling. Walmart in boutte has 2 sets of poppers
