Makes no sense. If you would not go there during duck season, you should not go there any other times. If it's leases, it's private.

I lease 2k acres of marsh that's pretty good fishing. I couldn't care less if someone fishes on it. Just don't drop anchor in my duck pond during duck season and we won't have a problem.
