Cheapest place I've seen lacrosse hip boots (and knee boots for that matter) is Home Hardware in Lutcher. Can't remember the price exactly but I wanna say the hip boots o got this season were $69. And they keep a bunch in stock.

Yea, I always figured they would dry rot or something, so I keep my boots in the truck. I got rubber floor liners.
