Outboard Motor Registration question

This may be a dumb question, but it’s my first time renewing my boat registration. I have the titles for the boat, motor, and trailer in hand. I understand that I can renew the boat registration through the LDWF website, but do I also need to register the 150HP outboard motor too? I see that the LDWF site gives you the option to register your motor as well. Thanks in advance for any help.
