Any of you guys know what kind of hunting is in Des Allemands? Any good? Worth the drive?

My buddy has a place in Welsh and we f-ing murdered em last year. Really any rice field is gonna crush some teal so it sounds good to me if you have do not have a lease.

I would. My blind partner was telling me about an article saying how the rice belt of SWLA has more teal than the writer has seen in the last 10 years.

Can be, but I haven't heard anything good. Water is still high, there still are a ton of birds in these flooded fields south of Sorrento going towards NOLA. That's why the waterfowl survey was so low. I know of two fields with over 300 birds each in them within 5 miles of Reserve.
