Coming from NRA regional director. Would be awesome if true. Apparently was discussed heavily before Trumps endorsement by the NRA. SBRs would be next. ATF is too undermanned to handle all the paperwork associated with these items and it's only because of their "taboo" nature that they're even regulated.

The way the bill is currently worded, anyone who paid for a tax stamp after October 15, 2015 would receive a refund.

Why do you think that out of curiosity? I would see demand going through the roof and them keeping prices the same if not ticking up a bit.
Also for discussions sake....what about if you have a can/sbr with a trust...then what...leave it?
