Is that from their local business? Seems like all of their online sales should be form 3s unless they have some system I'm unaware of, or that much pull with the ATF, they can transfer cans to out of state residents directly.

Looks like this is part of their 'powered by silencer shop program'. Not sure how it works though, but it does shed some light on why SiCo dropped them back in November.

They're Form 4s. SS will file the F4 for you and send you the stamp and the can together.

SiCo and others pulled out because of shady shite they started doing with only sending to select SOTs and charging way less than the manyfacturers were. They were selling a lot of cans below cost. It was unreal

One of my coworkers bought a can and told them to send it here and sent a copy of our SOT. He gets a notice that they're sending the can to BJ Pawn in Denham. He calls and says wtf and they're like we only send to dealers on our list. That's bullshite because I got my can sent to Bowie's with no issue. They must have some racket with other shops now

Sure, SiCo needed their distribution channel. If Silencer Shop sells for their prices and pays the dealer their fee through the PBSS program they have to be getting distro or less pricing. Effectively opperating as a distributor direct to the consumer. This was advantageous to SiCo in the beginning. But once they became the undisputed king of the hill they didn't need Silencer Shop anymore, especially at the lower margin cost which allowed them to devalue the brand by selling under dealer cost. They could raise their bottom line by going through traditional distribution and dealers, maintain a MAP on distros and ultimately raise their brand value. Hence SiCo's 'thanks for getting us here, but frick you bye' to Silencer Shop.

That's the 'powered by Silencer Shop' program.

I was wondering why their stock of various manufacturers seemed to be dwindling lately.

That's also why they don't carry Dead Air.

Carson, have you guys been seeing any inventory drying up? I'm just curious as I've been hearing anecdotal accounts from gun trust clients that are acting like the sky is falling as we approach July 13th.

nope.

we just got in 15 more omegas, we have dozens of Sig cans, dozens of gemtechs, dozens of Surefires, etc etc

It'll get hectic in July you know how people are. they'll wait till the last minute

I ordered the upper for my new build today - BCM 14.5", carbine, and I went with their pinned A2X - not exactly the mil-spec base for comparison I wanted going forward, but the lowest admin cost/lowest paperwork for a "reference" model. I eschewed the KMR handguards and such, and am going with Magpul FDE furniture all over, and, likely their BUIS rear sight, also in FDE. Hopefully get to shoot it the next couple of weeks - otherwise, it will likely be after Memorial Day.

Mrs. Midnight's will be the next build and I'm leaning towards putting her in a 16" middy, giving us the option to swap out muzzle devices. Probably going with Vltor REs and buffers going forward, as well.

THEN, my next will likely be a Mk18 variant.

Built a new upper and my geissele bore rod is noticeably off center at my suppressor's end cap, but does not strike it. Any recs around BR as far as a gunsmith who could get it more concentric?

I'd send that shite back before I sunk another $100 into it. BCM has good CS and it shouldn't be an issue. Interesting to see that from them. Really you could probably get a new one from BCM before a local Smith got around to it.

Does anyone have any experience with 22lr uppers? Really looking for a 22lr SBR upper, or pistol upper I guess. Who makes them? What brands should I look at? What length barrel would y'all recommend?

No. I used a bunch of sub-caliber kits in M16s, though.

I think the prices on the tacticool Ruger or M&P dedicated .22lr platforms are simply too attractive to muck about with .22lr uppers - unless I had a compelling reason to do so.

And that would be compelling enough, if that's what I really wanted.

I would look at Tactical Solutions first and go from there. They have a good reputation for dedicated .22lr uppers, but I have no personal experience with them.

ETA: I believe they (Tactical Solutions) are pricey, so be aware.

The other option would be to SBR my 15-22. But I already have a SBR lower, so I figured I would use it instead. I was thinking the price would be about the same in the end and I would have better components with my other lower.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will check them out.
