If you're replacing the FCG then get the cheapest kit you can find from a reputable vendor, their small parts/springs come from the same sources. I wouldn't pay more than $35 for a kit less FCG or $30 for a kit less FCG, Grip and TG. Also make sure you get from a vendor who doesn't have a lot of complaints about missing parts.

Cmc triggers are gtg. If you swap it or not depends on personal preference. If I'm just out shooting/plinking I don't mind the GI trigger, and think the ones I put in my LPKs are actually pretty good for GI triggers. If I'm shooting paper targets for small groups I prefer a lighter trigger pull. Cmc, velocity, geisele, again its preference and wallet depth.
ETA: for your first rifle I would stay basic, shoot it a lot, try some different triggers out and make a purchase later if/when you decide to.

Well, THESE are all I use. But I'm completely biased because they are mine.
I can't speak for the following but I know a lot of people use them, CMMG, Daniel Defense, Delton and Palmetto. I will say it seems everyone who calls me to see if I have something that was missing in their kit got theirs from Palmetto.

Sweet thanks for the suggestions. As far as grips is there an MOE type grip that is made by another company that is equivalent that people like? I've been searching around and it looks like alot of people like the MOE or MOE K2.

The MIAD looks awesome kind of like the new Glock MBS. So I see alot of the LPKs that come without the grip and FCG also do not include a trigger guard. What is up with that? I'm guessing you can just buy a trigger guard but what's the real customization on it. Can someone break that down for me?
