The upper is super easy to build if you have the correct tools. I'm sure there is someone in br that has that can help you, but if not you come over to bedico one weekend and I'll show you.

You can get a complete upper from aim for $309.
PSA and primary arms also have some good priced complete uppers.

I'd say it's overpriced. But it ain't "way" overpriced. But as someone already replied, you can get a slightly better deal.

I don't think shipping is factored into the $330. Natchez is typically stupid high shipping so lets assume $350. That is ~20% more so in my mind, I'd consider that pretty damn expensive

Shipping wasn't factored in. That's a different story. However, .33/rd for xm193 is not way overpriced. In fact, it's not overpriced at all. I guess we are comparing to Wolf 2.23 brass, whereas that stuff is cheapest you'll find. XM193 is not Wolf 2.23, so I'm not sure where the ~20% more comes in to play here.

You can find Federal 5.56 on stripper clips for .28/rd every couple of weeks. Any .223/5.56 over .30/rd is too expensive when you can wait every couple of weeks and get good deals

You should link that .28/rd for 5.56 next time you see it. I've never seen it that cheap. .33/rd is pretty consistent for it today.
