Awful news to hear about these young people with so much life left ahead. As a parent I can only imagine the pain the family is going through. Rest In Peace and prayers for peace for their families friends.

Cherries are good for gout relief believe or not. Diet plays a big part in gout flair ups. As much as we love certain foods and seasonings we gotta do it in moderation. If suffered for years but since I’ve changed to a more healthy diet I haven’t had the amount of bouts with the crap. When I do I quickly adjust my diet and break out the cherries lol.

My running playlist consists of a lot of 80s montage music (don’t judge) Rocky IV provided a few including training montage and this one from Robert Tepper. No easy way out again don’t judge also karate kid, iron eagle, top gun lol. I’m an 80’s 90’s kid.

A lot of speculation surrounding the entire post over there. They are hammering him and for their sake I hope it doesn’t turn around and bite them. I would feel like dog crap if I talked smack to a man who just lost his wife calling him out just to find out it’s true.

I know from the experience of my father passing that the funeral home handles the obituary as part of the cost.

Been an odd couple of years for old bdv. Between work and getting my project management certs from PMI and the UGA, dealing with everything at my dad’s place I’ve been a busy guy. Not to mention this shitstain of a year we call 2020... However I have began a little journey in my getting healthier since my Dr called me fat and said lose weight and drop your cholesterol lol. Pretty much did that and in early 2020 I began training for an IRONMAN in 2022 (either Florida, Chattanooga, or Maryland) football has been just crazy across the board and I’m pretty excited for JT and our future at the position. Anyway quick update over. Go Dawgs!!
