I get a lower kit, nickel baron bcg, or matching billet upper at a nice discount to go with my billet lower but I'm not sure what I'm gonna get yet.

Rat was right, they are good. Didn't even click link so I'm not sure on price, but quality is yes.

I'd get the BCG. But that's me. LPKs are a dime a dozen and billet uppers are not necessary, plus I prefer to buy complete uppers.

Well I went ahead and bought a S&W 15-22 at academy today. They still have 1 at the Bert nouns location.

Finding that BCG last night has expedited my process. I was expecting to wait a while to find a good one. Now all I need is LPK, charging handle, stock, and I'm good to go

Yes. Actually all it takes is a barrel swap.

Nope, but I did place an order for 9,000 rounds of various brands on backorder from sportsmans guide. In stocks ranging from April 15- August 1. If I just get 1 of those cases in by the summer, I'll be set. Can't beat 0.20-0.26cpr for steel and 0.30-0.34cpr for brass nowadays! I'm going to start going to Academy in the mornings again to pick up some random single box 20 packs for the time being
