I passed my CC class on Saturday.

The live fire part was really hard.

Good job. I can't carry mine where I work so I don't even know how I'll get it to the range. Hide it in the woods every morning before I come on site?

Joking about the live fire part. It was retardedly easy. There was a lady in my group that failed though. First person to ever fail in this guys class. Haha

Get it to the range?

Why not just keep it in your car?

I'd get fired if they caught me, and they do vehicle searches. I go through two guard gates to get to my officle so it's kind of a PITA. The Navy fires tons of shells off around here too, kind of ironic.

1 went 3/4" above the "perp's" right shoulder, so he failed her.

I'm glad though, this lady was one of those short, fat, country women, who is all about talking about guns and democrats but doesn't know squat, always had a comment and nodded her head at everything the instructor said as if she already knew it or completely agreed. Also, debated with the instructor as to why her Glock 26 was a great self defense gun and asked stupid questions about what the legal aspects, of shooting someone robbing your car that's parked in your driveway, would be.

The instructor said, "just stay in the house and call the cops," she said, "I'd probably open my bathroom window and say if you move, you're dead," and the instructor said, "Well what if he shoots at you?" She said, he can't shoot me through the house." To which the instructor replied, "He can shoot you through the window."

Within 5 minutes of being around this woman I didn't feel comfortable with her even having a gun. She would be the one to shoot a CC guy who is targeting the real bad guy.

I've given up on trying to find .223/5.56 online for now. I'm just watching for .45 now, and that's really just for some self defense rounds.

I think you and I might have talked about this before. If I recall correctly, you know my wife?

Someone else asked me this question on here and maybe you might know since you're more "outdoors in-tuned". Do you know if they ever reopened the buffer zone areas that were open to the public for people to go shooting on Stennis Property? I think they were closed after 911.
