They very well could be under inflated? They’re a rough piece of rubber and I’m trying to get some comfort on these smooth Louisiana highways.

I got a set of Hercules tires from a local mechanic/tire shop that they sell. The owner swore by them and has them on his vehicles. Under warranty and he said he takes care of warranty claims if something comes up. Only 5k miles on them so far but doing good and I like how they drive.

"off-brand" may be harder to balance than the name brand

Ironman and Hercules were Cooper sub-brands. Not sure of current status as Goodyear bought Cooper. See alot of Ironman around here - including on tourist trucks.

Kenda tires seem to have a decent reputation as does Mastercraft.

Nexen might be an option as well.

You do you, but I've said it on here before. I am not going to be a cheap-arse on the only thing touching the road.

Yall got the F250's baw, don't act broke now.

these tires as an example would save me close to $1000 vs other brand tires.

I literally just ordered the Radar Renegade R/T (295/65R20) from SimpleTire. I was out the door with the replacement warranty crap (I apparently love to drive over nails and sharp objects with the shoulder of my tires) for $1082. I've put 22k miles on my truck in 7 years of ownership. Cheap is best for me.

Oh and the Radars are not Chinabombs or even based in China. They are based in Singapore and the truck tires are made in Thiland.

I can attest for Milestar Patagonia. Had em on my truck for 50k miles. Great tire, rode quiet for a mud terrain and pulled great as well. I only got 50k out of them because I sold the truck at 85k.
