Haha that was last year. Got an early decision interview, thought it went well, didn't get in early, ended up not hearing back until I got a rejection letter 2 days before graduation in may. Interviewed at Shreveport and got wait listed and didn't get in. Eubanks told me I needed more patient care experience. Kennedy was just a dick. So now I'm working in healthcare getting some experience full time and I reapplied this summer. Didn't get any interviews yet this year, waiting to hear from somewhere currently

With the stats you posted in that old thread, and the experience you're getting now, you should be good to go at one or the other, if not both.
I was wondering b/c I got in at NO by the skin of my teeth, thought you may have been in my class.
You've done the app process already so you know that they keep you holding on for-fricking-ever, but anything can happen. I got accepted mid-June (probably one of the last ones if not the last), so until you get that rejection, all bets are still on.

Alright thanks man. Nah it's not so bad. My mind is blown that I didn't get in but I'm glad to have a year off, I wasn't ready to go back to school again just yet :lol

Thanks man, will do. I'm not beating myself up about it too much, seems like I talk to more docs than not that didn't get in the first time around. Just trying to make sure all my ducks are in a row this time around
