All of my front suspension is off a 1 ton diesel. Not sure how the fords are made, but you could probably make it work...

Yea on mine there isn't much difference outside of spring rates. They must have used the same frames for every full sized truck because all that shite bolts right up on my rig. I'm pretty sure I could put a 6.2 diesel in it without as much modification as you'd think.

Yea, but I don't think the 2 wheel drives are. I think they're control arms with coil springs. I could be wrong though. I doubt it's the same since if nothing else, the frames are definitely not the same.
