With an elevated calcium I would expect the PTH to be lower. She is also osteoporotic in her femurs. The location of the mass is consistent with a parathyroid adenoma. Due to the osteoporosis and elevated urine calcium, I would choose parathyroidectomy.

I asked wife, she said she's used to looking at normal ranges next to the reading and she's shaving her stems and quit bothering her with TD bs. I almost had to slap a bitch.
