They'll need to because I don't suppose that waiver they make you sign covers homemade levee breaks.

just drove up I-49 from Alexandria to Shreveport. Every low area was flooded from backwater, from Jean de Jean up to whatever the bayou is that serves as the boundary btw Caddo and DeSoto. The Spanish Lake lowlands were completely flooded, even had a milo crop headed out half under water. Pretty amazing.

Yep, plus the Texoma gates have not even been opened yet to keep that water out of the
Red. Supposedly water is coming over the top of the gates right now.
Makes for a long river fishing drought.
