I don't normally use DOA's or any other type of artificial shrimp either but this thing made me a believer. We threw shiney hineys, DOA's, Gulps, and bayou chubs without a single bite.

We fished some run outs on the southside of PAC towards lake chien.

Does it have any weight? How hard is it to cast?

I'd like to know the answer that also.

It's a hard bait, so I'd guess the 3 1/2" wouldn't be a problem.

I'd replace the hooks, the only Yo-Zuri baits I've thrown have had hooks that bent after several fish

Think I will stick to cocahoes and panfish assassins. The trout tear those assassins up.

I didn't have a problem casting it. It was about the same weight as a mirrodine suspending twitchbait.

saw these last year at Wally Worle for $15.99. Had to take one out of the package to see why the hell it was so high.
Frick that bait.

I'll stick with my Matrix Shad Shrimp creole.

Dudley has a new Baychovie out that's Shrimp Creole with Chartruse tail that should be a lights out bait this year as well.
