..just saying don't wear a lot of bright colors and sitting still isn't exactly cutting edge research leading to wealth if new knowledge.

That would mean people would have to actually read the article

Predator.
And ASAT
Hell even the old army woodland pattern works well in this regard. It's all about contrasts and breaking up your outline.

There is another one similar to Predator that is easier for hunters to get accustom to. If I remember it, i'll post it later.

An object a deer is looking at straight on is equally in focus as something out to the side. So don’t assume that because a deer isn’t looking at you that it can’t see you.
This was very enlightening to me, even know we've all be busted "out the corner of their eye"

I almost never get busted by sight anyway. When I do, it's usually a doe with a nose a foot and 1/2 long.

Yeah, that's news to me. Many times I wait for a deer to turn it's head thinking I'm okay to raise my rifle. Interesting.

Ive always been told that blue is the equivalent to blaze orange to a deer since blue has the longest wavelengths
Posted on 8/12/14 at 10:44 am to FelicianaTigerfan
I've never heard that but thats not what this specific study says
If only we could actually look through their eyes

They had to take care of a bunch of stupid spikes!

I've always hung stands on the backside of the tree in reference to where the deer's path is. Use the tree to block your silhouette.

thanks cc, but during the strip down part of the season, there's usually so much sweat runnin' down the lean, mean sculpted machine, skeeters can't land and possibly drown.
people may still be having breakfast, pump the brakes
WHY?
