ETA - as much as i hate facebook, it's great for situations like this. You can find the perp and destroy their reputation all at the same time.

I sent it to a fellow poster (who can identify himself if he wants) who duck hunts Grand Chenier. He sent it to a local who said "I don't recognize him, not a local"

Great idea. If he's sorry enough to be out stealing trail cameras, it's likely he's the kind of guy most people would love to nail for anything.

Apparently he found out who this guy was a confronted him. Guy said he didnt take the cameras, he has been hunting out there since he was 13. Mention he owned some of the land, may be some kind of dispute.
I definitely don't buy his story but i guess we will see what happens next
