g5 has a new one that was introduced at the ATA show. They followed Slick Tricks lead and went with a Lutz blade. They're Similar to the Rage with a better retention system and blade angle.

G5 Havoc

Yep, the prices are getting insane. I'll stick with my $26 per 3 pack Slick Tricks.

I don't go through enough heads for cost to matter to me. Hell, the ferrules on my Steelheads might be 15 years old. I just buy cheap replacement blades. If I believe in it, I'll buy it.

Obviously there is no substitute for accurate shot placement. G5 strikers have always left me with a huge blood trail. This year I shot 125 gr. Ramcats with success. I think you have to shoot something that you have practiced over and over until you have confidence that it will hit where you are aiming. They all kill if you get an accurate shot.

I won a pack of QAD Exodus off of Facebook over Christmas so that is the broadhead I will be using. Seem to be pretty sweet form the videos I watched on youtube.

I invented that design years ago. Problem is, I never told anyone about it.

Hijack, what are you currently using? I went with GT XT Hunters. I wanted something that would shoot straight through a feral hog. Looking to get 1/2 doz of FMJ too. End hijack.

I've been using rage, but I'm considering trying the Toxic broadheads

Why no love for the Grim Reapers? Shot these this past year and I'm thoroughly impressed with them!!
