I did go to public school!I said so, but still would we miss 4 extra points?
3 TDS passing and 2 running. I went to public school but isn’t that 5 TDS total? Wouldn’t that be at least 36 points? Your prediction had LSU with only 31.
After nearly 50 years since the disease was first reported, no one is sure how it even spreads. Thus the skip areas on the map. Is is in the soil, air, water? Carried by insects, birds or other vectors? No one knows. Also It is caused from a prion that may be near impossible to destroy by standard methods of sterilization. Right now it's not an issue to man unless it makes that transmission jump. If it ever does, then deer hunting (and elk) would change dramatically.

I don't have a worry about CWD killing off the herd. I do worry about the possibility of an eventual jump to humans. If that occurs anywhere just once, deer hunting (and value of hunting land) will be crushed. Processors will not be able to process deer anymore for worries of contamination with other meat sources.

When I was 9 years old my dad took me deer hunting at Camp Beauregard. He was in the army and had permission. We were walking together when I noticed an artillery shell. As we looked around there were at least a hundred of them all over the ground partly covered with leaves and mud and all around us. He put me on my shoulders and carried me out of there carefully. As it turned out they were left over from the Patton maneuvers prior to WWII. Many were still live.

Obviously there is no substitute for accurate shot placement. G5 strikers have always left me with a huge blood trail. This year I shot 125 gr. Ramcats with success. I think you have to shoot something that you have practiced over and over until you have confidence that it will hit where you are aiming. They all kill if you get an accurate shot.
$50 for a 3 pak of G5 havoc..they are proud of those things!

They represent LSU well..but we need them to break this bad luck streak. Sign them up for the Furman game.

Blame it on the beard

I've heard the Ga loss being blamed on Miles, Chavis, OBJ, SEC officials, Bama, yada yada yada. But the REAL blame finger should be pointed at the Robertson's. Hey, it makes as much sense as any of those...First Jace Robertson jinxing us at Omaha and now Willie in Athens. I'm not ready to call for pitchforks yet but maybe they should take a seat ...in the stands....jus sayin!

Actually I jest.. I do love that show
Whatever...I don't post often and never on this board. I don't put up endless emoticons or "Germans"..Lets all hope I am wrong and the kid is trolling but out of his mouth he is not coming to LSU
I don't troll and I wish it wasn't the case but it is not looking good for us right now
Definitely not Brown..sad to say he is all Bama these days for real and LSU not even in top 3. I really wish it wasn't true!
It looked like Brazil might have tweaked his hamstring in the 100 prior to the 200
Ohh you might be hooked now! Leave the guns at home and take the Mathews. Great feeling taking them with a bow..Congrats!
I have three Block targets, various bags and a Rinehart woodland buck but the absolute best by far is the RhinoBlock. The Block may be cheaper but you will shoot through it long before you could ever get through a RhinoBlock

Love my no peep..much brighter so allows me to stay out in low light. Helps to minimize torque and form problems. Takes weight off the string. Downside is increases overall bow weight/$cost/time to set it up

Mathews Heli-M

QAD HD
G5 Rock with Perry's No-Peep APO
CX Blue streak with 125gr G5 Striker heads

re: Bow questions

Since you have never shot a bow I would suggest shooting as many different ones as possible. Definitely look at Bass Pro and Cabelas as they have many different brands as well as accessory packages and will let you shoot. They will fit you as far as draw length and draw weight and give you form pointers. Being fit properly is much more important than the brand. It takes some time to find what you like so don't be in a rush. If you are set on trying Hoyt and Mathews, see Jamie in Hammond at Archery and Fishing Unlimited. He has both those brands as well as Bowtech and PSE. Good Luck!
