My custom speaker box for mids and highs with places for my amp and radio! Made to fit my golf cart. Took time but came out pretty good for never messing with fiberglass.

Nice work all around, what species of wood did you use for the fryer sides? Did you paint the tiger on them or have someone else do it?

Awesome woodwork on that speaker cabinet.

I am jealous of your permanent cut station in background. I've always dreamed of having an indoor cut station to prevent dragging the saws out to make a cut.

Any more pics of the cut station?

diot. Hopefully my doors will work out ok.
Doors can be a PITA. If you have a router, tounge and groove them and glue works best, but very time consuming.

I can take a few for you but really it's not that impressive. I just made a table top the length of my shop which is 30' and put the miter saw smack in the middle. Made the table 2' wide and used a straight edge to get my fence perfectly inline with miter fence.

I will be in the process of building me a bigger shop in the near future and my layout for it will be sick. I'll put up pics so my fellow wood workers can get ideas and give me feedback if changes should be made!

Thanks for all the comments on my projects. This is a hobby of mine

For you rods and reels. You can use a 1x3 or 1x4 and cut a 1 - 1.5" hole every 4" on center for a front support.

Back support use the same and maybe add a bungee cord to hold the rods secure. Staple bungee on top or bottom and just have pressure on the rod handle.

May need the holes wider than that. Just need to play with it I guess.

That's not a bad idea, I'll play around with a few things. I originally was going to make a structure for the inside out of tubing but I don't think I want to get that fancy with it, which is code for I've about had my fill of tig welding for a while.

I plan to sleep in this thing when it's cooler a couple times, so I have plans for interior lighting and 12v outlets to plug in fans/cell phone chargers. I need to make a decision on how to power it all. The easiest way would be to just put a trailer plug-in in the bed and run everything off the hot wire, I'd think the 2 cranking batteries on the truck could easily handle that. Other option is to build a tray to mount a deep cycle battery inside the shell to have it's own power with a solar charging panel mounted between the roof rack and shell up top.

Here's an outdoor kitchen I just did for my BIL.

All of it was built from new tongue & groove cypress. I distressed it some by scratching and denting it then spraying with black spray paint and sanding before staining.

This is the wall to mount the hood vent.

With hood mounted.

Cabinet near pit with sink, icemaker and electrical outlet.

Cabinet with fridge.

How did you fasten to the roof of your golf cart?

I put some aluminum angle on the front of the box and drilled 2 holes per angle to fasten to the front roof supports. Also I used a few screws from inside the box to screw into the holes molded in the roof for a factory speaker box. I can take close up pics if you need.
