Nice looking frames.

I need a higher quality miter saw. If I set mine to 45, it never squares up, so it's not calbrated/accurate.

There's a lot of talent of the OB. This was my first project. Worked on it with my dad. It was a blast.

Yea it does. I just don't have a good enough camera to pick up the glow when it's dark. But in person glow is pretty cool. Not sure what the life span on the glow powder is but five months in it's still as bright as it was the first day.

I cut it on a table saw. Set the rip fence to what ever depth you want and cut. Then I cut the piece out with a hand chisel.

I started a king size bed with rails and footboard this past weekend. Headboard is almost done.

I'm in the middle of what started out as a simple playhouse. It's grown into a mini cabin with wrap around porch and integrated swing set and custom kids furniture. Will have solar set up for light/receptacles and rain water reservoir hard piped for landscaping. BUT, my next project will be that king bed that someone posted on here a while back with the 4x4's. I thought I saved the damn post, but I can't find it.

I would of left the holes and just covered the top with glass.

If any of y'all need some custom cut lumber, let me know. I can saw up to 24" wide boards.

Some pine

Some red oak

Timber framing inside my camp

Were you are chiseling, you can reset your table saw fence and reset your blade depth to make the second cut.

Damn, fish, I've seen all of your awesome pirogue build threads, but didn't realize you had a mill. I'm sure you've made some nice slabs.

Having one is in my lottery list.

I have one on my porch that I had cut from a live Oak tree branch. 4 1/2" thick and about 6' long and around 22" wide.

Dam thing weights around 300lbs.

Oh, that little green thing is a garden snake that hangs around the house. Makes the wife shite every time she sees it.

Forgot, I will be having plant stakes for the spring. They will be cut out of oak.

Well the casting poxy that is used in the holes is mixed with a powder that glows when it's dark. It was really the main point of the project.

pecky cypress is some cool wood though. Looks good even if you did just leave it plain and put some glass over it.

Just moved into this house. Fireplace surround pecky cypress. Cabinets and backdrop are whitewashed cypress (can't decide on door design yet). Cabinet tops and shelves are cedar slabs. Centerpiece is mantle of 100+ yr old cypress from when Mrs. Eagle was a little girl tearing down old barns with her family to build their house in Central.

Still in progress, but here are a few of the pics from the process of an outdoor kitchen/firepit/sitting area.
