I'm going to paint the steps with rustoleum and sand to make them less of a death trap. They're slick as owl shite in the rain.
The frame is getting flat black rust converter.
Still not sure if I want to paint the steps flat black or paint them a grey color to halfway match the bottom of the two tone?????

You actually could flex seal the steps. It'd look good and they'd be not slick at all.

You can barely tell they're there when they're black. They'd pretty much disappear if it wasn't for the primer showing in spots.
Bastard looks damn good without them too. Looks like it gained 5 more inches of lift. They're pointless as steps because they're tucked under the body too much. I just like them because it saves me from bending the body up on stumps

Iirc flex seal only comes in white or black. I think your rails would look bad to the bone in silver or chrome.

Chrome aint happenin. I aint putting that much time or effort or money into it.
I can get pretty much any color paint with sand though. Black would definitely be safest.

I'm thinking the silver would look pretty sweet too. I'm gonna weld some hoop steps onto them so I can actually use them. Thinking about doing away with the fender flares as well. Not sure about that yet.
Also tomorrow it's getting the cat cut off (pretty sure it's plugged up), a magnaflow muffler, and the exhaust tip moved to infront the back tire on the passenger side.

I'm going to get a pretty big flow through muffler. I don't want it too damned loud. I don't want it to sound like all of livingston parish is coming over when I get home at night
