Saw these Melin Hats at the Wharf yesterday and started to buy one. They look cool and absolutely the highest quality looking hat I've ever seen but 69.00? Anyone own one of these things?

I do, but it was a gift from family. I use it for running and in the gym. No sweat stains, but as soon as I got it wet from a pool, stains began to show up

The lady at the store mentioned the no sweat stains and easy cleaning and I was pretty much sold on that since I both coach my daughter's travel ball team and I umpire so I need a good quality solid black hat with no huge logos and it's been kind of hard to find. I think I will go back and pick one up after watching that video.

I paid 50.00. labor day sale and 20% military discount. It's very high quality hat that's more than worth it if you are active and outdoors a lot.

I've been bald since I was 17 yrs old and I'm 45 now. Hats are a big deal to me I don't wear them inside but I have to have something covering the dome in the sun. I probably have 20 different hats. I have a black felt cowboy hat that cost around $400 in 1994 dollars. I'm not mad at OP for buying a hat but $50+ for a plain ballcap is kinda Yeti-ish.
