Mechant/Sister lake trout reports

Going thursday anyone have any reports? I havent fished since Christmas.

Merchant is struggling but see the speck report posted recently. Should give you an idea where the fish are.

I think it's almost that time to get outta there and head a wee bit south. I'm probably strictly fishing Pelto from here on out.

I used to never go to the coast til late April. I need to learn sister lake more. We usually stay west trying to avoid the crowds.

Heading down Friday, was planning on hitting sister. Talked to one of my guide buddies down there and they've been doing pretty good in sister if you can find good water. Didn't say anything about Mechant.
Will be down there just about every weekend from now until June.

I almost always find great water in sister. I think I need to learn the east side of the lake b/c not much luck on the south end.

Drift the islands where grand caillou pours into sister lake. Cover a lot of water as quickly as possible and power pole when you catch one.

Last solid report from the lake was on BASS!!! I know
