Title pretty much says it all. My dad and I are looking for a reputable realtor in the capital river/delta region to buy some land. 100-300 acre range. If anybody has had some good experiences with one or know of one please let me know. Appreciate the help.

MS land bank.

Technically they are a lender but they have a network of brokers that they work with. If there is land for sale in MS, they will know about it.

Art Mott (Whitetail Properties) and or Anthony Short (Murray Land and Homes)

Anthony sold me my property in Mississippi last year. Great guy. Art has more connections though.

Not in reference to any agent specifically mentioned on this thread, but the brokerages in that region in general ... I hope your experience is better than mine with those guys. I found them zero help at all after I told them I wasn’t interested in the first 1-2 listings they wanted to show me (which had also been online for months and months). I was left to think that most buyers are just really not picky at all. That’s the only way these agents are making money treating many folks like they did me.
