Lowrance's Livesight is well behind livescope, but lookie what's coming,

No, none at all. OTOH, if I were about to buy Livescope, I would hold on.

I’m having issues with getting power to my front graphs, which are Lowrance units, so I may just hold off and see what the “game changer” is all about.

I just ran direct power to my bow units and they are working better than ever now.

That’s what I’m going to end up doing.

Soon accessories will be more than the boat.

If you have dual graphs at the console and bow, plus top of the line ram you’ve spent close to $15k

I hope it's cheaper. 4 grand for a 12 inch screen Live Scope is, well is pretty expensive.

I'd rather drink and run yo-yo's all night in 30 deg weather than spend $4k on fishing equipment.

....but be damn sure I will spend 4k on a rifle

Hummingbird rumors are February for their live scope competitor.

The new top of the line electronics with top of the line trolling motors and optimizing networking will run you north of $10k.

I realize its just marketing, but I hate seeing the price of a 12" vs 9" vs 7" graphs when I know the internals are 99% identical and the extra screen space costs the mfr $10's of dollars.
Yet a 12" will be 4x what a 7" will be.

I am going to wait for the new Motorguide.

I agree. I prefer a 9” graph in the bow. I’m not fishing for a living so I don’t need to spend half the price of the boat on electronics. My boat has Lowrance units, even though I am a Garmin fan I’m not switching. The cost just doesn’t justify it.

If my down and side imaging doesn't improve with my new transducer leveling, my Carbons will be sold and I will switch to Humminbird.
