Ive always use a variation of this jig. Mostly with light blues/ white with silver tinsel. Use a 8 or 10ft jig pole, troll areas with trees/ tree tops and jig slowly. You want ot jig straight up and down, without ever letting your line go slack. (if it goes slack on the way down, sometimes a lunker will be holding it in his mouth. Never go side to side in thick areas, as you will get hung. To get your jig unhung, pull it to the end of your pole and nudge it lose. The fish love getting under piles of drift or dark shadowy areas. Only way I ever fished for white perch

I also want to add that sickle hooks are the bomb when vertically jiggin for the perches

we can coordinate this through a back channeling email correspondence..
Speaking of hooks. I found these cool looking heads at Bass Pro. Great hook. Problem is the eye. It's sideways and angled. The jig ends up with a hang that old timers seem to hate. Is that really an issue? I'll look for a ic.

In the screws power fade, then high draw with the 6.

The real question is, could you throw your frisbee golf thingy to the dam?

Those Garland baits look just like the Assasins.
Do any of you guys fish TB sacs like you do on Larto with the Sabiki rig deal?

I have a crappie/sacalait/perch box full of roadrunner jigheads in every color and a bunch of different color jig bodies and styles. If I'm not having much luck I'll switch pretty often.
