I disagree on the OP.
In fact, this is one of the things that has shocked me most about this election season. Posters like stout who otherwise bring a lot of sound advice to the boards losing their minds when it comes to Trump.

It's not Trump I lose my mind over. It's the thought of Hillary being President. They could run a corpse against her and I would still hype the corpse like I have Trump.

Do you think the rest of the world is pro gun like we are? The Dems ultimate view is to fall in line with the rest of the world because they are ignorant and believe in the faulty statistics that are manufactured from different nations with strict gun laws. You seriously believe that your AR-15 would be safe from confiscation if you gave liberals free reign over house, senate and executive branch?

As I said, most democrats want more gun control than I agree with. But, there's no great conspiracy by the democratic party to take all the guns. Yes, they want to enact silly bans on "assault" rifles and the like. But my reply was in response to the comment about gun confiscation and all the other fear mongering that contributes millions of dollars to the NRA and republican party.
And no, I'm not a democrat.
As I said, most democrats want more gun control than I agree with. But, there's no great conspiracy by the democratic party to take all the guns. Yes, they want to enact silly bans on "assault" rifles and the like. But my reply was in response to the comment about gun confiscation and all the other fear mongering that contributes millions of dollars to the NRA and republican party.
