20s and 5.5'
I could one fit a 4 wheeler in mine with tailgate down so I got a toolbox and it's the same difference now. Plus, it just looks funny with a long bed on a 1/2 truck.

Ice cream, good looking truck with the 6.2 . Wish my platinum had the 6.2. You know of anyone running 35's with only the 2.5 leveling kit. About ready to get ri of the dura tracs and want to put toyos on it

Got 35/12.75/18's on mine with just a 2.5" level.

Thank you sir. Lots of people are running 35"s with only a leveling kit (both 2" and 2.5"). I use my truck at our farm and actually need to tuck the tires from time to time so I cannot stuff the wheel well. Also, F150s with the "Offroad" package (same as the Fx4) seem to sit a hair bit higher from the factory so that may help too.
What did you think about the Duratracs? I am thinking about them in either 285/60/20. However, I am almost positive that I want a set of 296/60/20 Trails.

I'm gonna put the 2.5 and probably the 35" ATZ on mine.

35" MTZ on mine.
That's what I wanted, just couldn't drop that much $$$.

Excuse me, I meant ATZ. F a mud terrain on a daily driver
Posted on 6/4/13 at 11:09 pm to PapaPogey
It's not that bad. Having the 20k more miles would be cool though.

If I don't get the trails, I will be getting the 305/55/20 atzs. They are a great DD tire.

A buddy of mine was saying the guy at CSC was talking about a recall they're having on them. Apparently the sidewalls are blowing out on them?? Not sure if its the regular ATZ radial, or the new ones they have now.

I'm running 275/65/20 on mine. They aren't a bad tire. I had 42 PSI in them for the first 4000 miles. When i rotated them i noticed the outer edge was wearing pretty fast. Bumped them up to 62 PSI and they are fine. They are not a loud tire but they are pretty hard. Do not pull or clean out as well as i would have liked either

Personally, I'd keep shopping around and find the EXACT truck that you want. You can find a KR with the right leather and 5.0. It's out there. Don't spend all that money and not get what you want.
This! Look in Houston as well, they seem to be a bit more willing to deal as there is more of a supply. I ended up finding the KR I wanted in Houston then wife stumbled on the same one at Robinson Bros here in BR and the guy I talked with was willing to closely match the deal which made me stay in BR. I did not find a lot of inventory around town when I was looking but they were everywhere in Houston. Definately get what you are looking for!

Just order one like I did
Nice feeling that it was built specifically for you the exact way you wanted it and no one else even got to test drive it
4-6 weeks flys by before you know it (opposite of the truth)

I have not heard anything about that yet, not that I would be the first person alerted either. If there is a recall, I would still probably buy the tire after they fix the default. Great tread depth, great milage, self cleaning, low road noise. I'll look around and see if I can't find a press release from Mt.
I am running my 305/55/20 BFG AT/KOs at 55 psi front and 50 in the rear. They get rotated every 5k and show low wear and zero cupping or uneven wear.

Well, my dad beat me to the punch and went trade in his 2013 GMC for a pretty much equivalent Ford. I'm now really sad I'll have to wait 6-8 weeks for mine
Here's his new whip.

So, wouldn't go with the Duratrac again? That's disappointing to hear those issues b/c I was considering those heavily. I would like a good AT tire, but decent for mud too.

Posted on 6/5/13 at 10:59 am to CptRusty
He got the Lariat with Ecoboost and most of the options (Nav, moonroof, etc).

Your KR will outshine him big time
I traded in a lariat on my KR
Loved it but I love my new one more
