re: Anyone using the new Toyo Open Country R/T tires?

Currently have them on my F-150 and they are not as good in the rain as the M/T's were, in my opinion.

not much help but a 91 z71 was my first truck, got it in 02 and my dad and I worked to fix it up. Probably the best time I had with my dad, great memories. Hope you and your sons have the same

Bear Industries in Port Allen. They are good people and will take care of you. 57 will look a lot better than 610 like Puck said but I would go with gray rock

I use the put handle out when the tailgate is closed to keep my ice chest from sliding around.
re: Anyone here use Amp Powersteps on their truck?

Motor burnt out on the driver side of my f150 platinum couple months ago. It was stuck out an sounded like the motor burnt up. Eventually took it off and brought it to the dealer. They wanted 1400 to fix it. Told them to put it back in the bed of the truck and I will buy different steps. The got it retracted and bolted it back on but they defiently aren't worth the money

I perfer craftsman but the larger diameters I have snap on. Best advice I can give you with tools is if you are goin to buy an impact wrench only use it with impact sockets.
re: Trailer registration question

Just bought one a while back. Went a week later to get it registered. Went to a title place since omv had a long wait so I paid 20 more for the convenience. Will pay sales tax plus registration fee plus new plate fee. Permanent plates run 70 bucks

I'm running 275/65/20 on mine. They aren't a bad tire. I had 42 PSI in them for the first 4000 miles. When i rotated them i noticed the outer edge was wearing pretty fast. Bumped them up to 62 PSI and they are fine. They are not a loud tire but they are pretty hard. Do not pull or clean out as well as i would have liked either
