Stayed on birds until 9:15. Followed to a field and ended up crawling out with a fan and he came in mad. Shot him at 4 yards.

Congrats man, that's awesome.

I hate turkeys. Went this am with neighbor at his place. Had 3 gobblers firing off after the rain moved out. None would come in to us.

I'm ready rain or shine... Its opening morning of turkey season! Prettiest track I've ever found expecialy when I didn't think I had any birds.

Congrats on your bird, sounds like a really cool hunt. I once saw a guy shoot one like that on a hunting show at less than 10feet with a 410 judge pistol

You're talking about Phillip Culpepper. Hunted with him a few times. That's an awesome video

I've been hunting a friend's land in Tate County right by the Marshall County line. Before having access to that spot, I was always driving 3 hours from Collierville to my hometown in AL to hunt my mom's land whenever I could get away for the weekend. There are a lot of turkeys in that area of North MS; they were gobbling everywhere Sunday and Monday morning

Been seeing groups moving through on game cameras. Never actively turkey hunted, but thinking of giving it a try.

I am digging the wood stock with the camo metal. That looks sweet.

There are a ton of birds in north MS. Heck there are a ton of birds in Collierville. I live in the reserve area and there are birds everywhere. I drove down Frank Rd sat and saw the biggest turkey I've seen in maybe ever. It was right across from the golf course.

That's right across the street from my house. There is a petting zoo in the woods over there at a house off of Shea Rd, and sometimes the peacocks come over by the road. The gobblers and peacocks will be strutting on the side of Frank Rd about 50 yards from my driveway.
