Anyone use them? I like their boudin and usually make a couple trips over there to stock up. I was considering bringing some deboned deer after mardi gras to give them a try.

I’ve eaten their Steen’s syrup infused deer sausage. Highly recommend.

I didn’t know they processed deer.
But their boudin and hogs head cheese is the best in the state IMHO

Their crawfish boudin is absolutely the best in the state. Sorry no experience with them processing deer. I have tried their deer boudin they sell and it is excellent.

Bring your checkbook. Friend of mine brought the 4 quarters and just had ground meat made. It was like $200.

Having tried damn near all of them, I have to agree.

I had a link of their smoked and a link of regular boudin after I went squirrel hunting yesterday. I agree with you there, it's awesome.

My Lafayette buddy said the Scott location has stopped processing into anything other than boudin. Krotz Springs still does everything. They make great sausage, but are not cheap.
