Just finished range session with 10mm for first time

With a Glock 29. She's a hard hitting heavy recoil mammer jammer. Gonna have to put in more reps to get used to that. Feels closer to a snub 357 revolver, maybe even more recoil than that.

I had one a while back. I hated that gun lol
Ended up selling it. I’m a big fan of 10mm’s though so I bought a rock island 4.25” 1911 10mm. I love it, super accurate and reliable, and not bad on recoil since it’s a little heavy.

Have 2 10mm.
Colt Delta Elite and Sig p220 SAO
Not sure which of those I’d say I prefer. The spring in the p220 is incredibly strong.

I've never shot the G29, but I have shot the G20. It isn't really that bad. It had a 22lb recoil spring in it instead of the standard 17lb and that 5 lbs made a lot more difference than I would have ever believed. It was hard as hell to rack it.

I used to use the buffalo bore +p in mine before someone stole it the one day I had to leave it in my truck.
I take solace in the very real chance that the first time he pulled the trigger the second panic shot when the recoil snapped his hand around put the bullet into his own face.

Love my glock 20. I carry it in a kenai chest holster working in the woods and on the land almost every day, and at night it goes in the bedstand at arms length.

I like mine I been shooting 40 out of it for range day and have had zero issues next one will be a Glock40

I love my Glock 20. Softer shooting than 357 IMO, even in a full size revolver.

I’ve got a G40 with upgraded KKM barrel and compensator. Put a heavier spring in it as well. It shoots great

Bought a Delta Elite with 6 factory mags for $500 cash just over 30 years ago. Beautiful weapon!

I have a Colt delta elite. Admittedly I’ve only been to the range a couple of times with it, but only seems slightly more poppy the my other full size 1911s in 45.
