We haven’t seen anything. Dead calm here.
Would like to sit till noon if it was just me but I have my 12 year old nephew with me and his limit is usually around 10 before he starts texting me every 5 min asking when we are getting down.

I picked up a pair of LaCross Burley 800s for $70. It was Wednesday so not really Black Friday.
It was at DMC Welding and Safety supplies in Prairieville. There went many left at that price.

Got a 7 pt opening day, but we had a good 9 on camera midday several days last week. I'm hoping to pop him, but I haven't hunted since Monday. Hopefully no one else got him yet. Anxious to check the cameras after my hunt.

Same stand as Nov. 1 when I got a big 8. Very similar conditions as that day and we are in the middle of the rut here. Hoping the big 9 and 12 show up this pm.

Reb, they are definitely on the move. Had a good one come out right after I hit the can call sniffing the estrus scent. Had good blood that stopped. so we backed out and am now waiting on a dog to hopefully help with the recovery. Id really like to update with a picture soon.
