Yeah head shot on the 8 point. That's the only thing the ole man could see so he dotted his eyes. We are hoping it didn't cause too much damange for a skull mount.

Back at it on the other side of our lease. No one hunts this side, it's grown up. Walked over at 10:00AM and jumped two and had tracks everywhere. Set my ground blind up on the road where I can see about 150 yards so I'm hoping to catch some luck.
Damn rain is off and on right now. Maybe they will get up and move before those storms come in tomorrow.

The big rain must've moved some ducks in. My FIL had great hunts yesterday (Delta) and today in Welsh. I passed an invite to the Delta yesterday to deer hunt in the wind . . . Like a dumbass.
