Is there a good way to shrink leather boots?

I just bought a good pair of Wolverine leather steel-toe work boots. It was the only pair of boots in the style I liked that they had in the store that were close to my size. They're probably about a half size to a size too big.

Is there a way to go about shrinking them to fit my feet better without ruining the leather? The main issue with the way they're fitting is the heel isn't very snug and is causing them to blister.

Any help from the OB gurus would be much appreciated!

Should I put them on my feet when I dry them (i.e. hair dryer??), so as to kinda fit them to my feet?

Exactly. Then sleep in them for good measure...

Boil them

That's how they shrink and fit leather.

Not sure about boots. But a wool dress for Mrs Dust shrunk to Barbie size after I washed it.

I know its winter, but my dad used to wear his boots into the pool to make them fit his foot. Might try stompin a mud hole and walking it dry so to speak.

No. But I was never asked to do laundry after that.

Go to a Halliburton completion fluids yard, and get some KCL and rub it on your boots.. They will shrink!!
