Is it normal for blueberry bushes in S La to be blooming right now?

I’ve got 2 that are blooming. I picked the buds off one since it still needs to grow a lot.
Also, I’m assuming you would need to wait until after it’s done producing to put in the ground? Both are in pots and I plan on getting 2 more and putting all in the ground off my back patio.
Third: is there a reliable site for finding chill hours in the area? I tried 3 different sites and they all gave me pretty different hours.

My bigger one is in full bloom, I noticed the buds about 2 weeks ago. The smaller one was about 1 1/2 weeks behind.

I bought both plants last year very early in the spring and they both did well in the Navarre Beach, FL area. My parents have a neighbor in Lake Charles that has some bushes and they do very well. I recently moved back here and I’m eager to put them in the ground along with my satsuma and maybe 1 or 2 low chill hr apples, though I’m not expecting a ton from them.
Like all plants, a lot depends on getting the right variety for you area and where you plant them.

I've got several that are bloooming, maybe 5 out of 30. One started a month ago. In Fl panhandle. We've not had a hard freeze and I'd doubt we've had enough chill hours yet for a good crop. They are only 2 and 3 years old so mostly I still want growth.
I would not wait to plant yours until after blooming, you'll miss the spring if you do. They bloom for a while, and I can't think of any reason not to plant it now.

Hopefully I can find some time in the next few weeks to put them in.

Not usually but weather has everything messed up. Blooms will likely be gone in a few days due to colder weather.
My pear trees are in full bloom, solid white but they’ll likely fall off in the next couple weeks and re-bloom late March
