In LA, do you have to wear hunters orange

Nope, on WMA I would carry it with me. Had a bowhunter get shot by squirrel hunter on Sherburne many years ago, he was shaking tree trying to get his attention and guy shot the shaking limb.

Don't get why people are so scared of wearing blaze. Looks brown to deer. Not gonna make a difference how much/little you wear.

No, not during bow season
If a rifle season is going on or muzzleloading season you have to abide by them rules even if your bow hunting
