I would vote bass, but they are hard to catch sometimes. Plus, it's very hard to get a lot of them.

My vote is Specs. I can catch a lot and they are generally easy.

I catch lots of Bass, White perch, White Bass, Trout, Flounder and Redfish..its still Bass...I never give those away.

Fried or baked Flounder is a close second.
Then Trout, Redfish, White Perch and White Bass in that order.

we caught some small spotted bass a couple years ago. that was indeed good eats.
