Have a 2013 Kommander 48” cut (residential version). Went underwater in 2016. Changed fluids and filters and it was cutting grass while rebuilding the house. Changed two starters, couple pulleys, and some belts over the years. Other than that, routine maintenance, and it’s been cutting 1.5 acres since I bought it new.

I’ve had good luck with my Z700. It did have a weird electrical gremlin from the factory that I fixed after 2 years. Alternator was connected incorrectly , so it wasn’t charging.
An acquaintance has the smallest Kubota residential ZTR and has had a number of problems.

Had an Exmark for about 10 years, then when it died (deck rotted), I bought a used ZD221 54" in 2016. Unit has been bullet proof, so far, and seems to sip diesel. I was filling up that Exmark, both tanks, about every other cut. The Kubota gets me a month or more of weekly cuts on a single tank, doesn't bog down unless its really thick, and seems to be built much tougher. I have a little over an acre, it has about 800 hours on it and I am pretty sure this will probably be the last mower I buy in my lifetime.
The only downside I can find is it weighs a little over 900 lbs, will rut the yard if you don't vary your pattern every so often, and will tear up/sink in the wet spots if you happen to have any.

My dad bought one because he had two friends that had them and they both loved it. My dad would use theirs from time to time and loved every thing about it.
BUT, and I know this is a one off, my dad got a lemon. Had to make sure to share a kinda bad story. Second BUT, the dealership he got it from basically has rebuilt the entire mower, component wise, over a few years. And didn’t charge him on a lot of the buggy/lemon stuff. As a way to also speak to the warranty.
All that to say, my dad would buy another one, and if I’m ever in the market for a new ZT, high on my list.

I currently have both a Kubota 48" ZT and a Bad Boy 60" ZT. The kubota cuts great and has plenty power, have nearly 400 hrs on it right now. The only con is the availability of parts. I don't live close to a dealer and have to order parts online from Messick's or Coleman. Which should not be an issue for you.
The Badboy on the other hand has about 50 hrs on it and had been great so far. Parts can be bought an amazon for this unit and I live within 10 miles from the nearest dealer. The only issue I had so far was the hour meter went out and had to be replaced.

Have a kubota 421 model 60" have had it for 7 years now.
Other than a set of tires, blades and general maintenance haven't had an issue out of it. Thing hasn't found a blade of grass it didnt like.
I cut about 3 acres twice a week and im not easy on it and it never skips a beat.
I just had a spindle bearing go bad yesterday. Have a fresh set on the way to swap them out and will be rolling again.

I have a 2009 ZD 326 60” diesel. Still has the original drive belt. Only thing I have ever changed is the battery, blades, and fuel filters. It is heavy but it is an absolute beast.
