I hunted Pecan island on Thanksgiving day. It took us until 10:30 to pick up 10 birds. Very few flying.
On Saturday, my buddies in Welsh did well on greenheads and grays, likely pushed in by the front. So, PI should have some of those birds as well now but who the hell knows? one day they are there, the next day they gone.

Have y'all killed any specs in jones this year? Weve killed a good many south of jones in gallion and mer rouge farms south of you has more specs than I've ever seen

Yes. Most days we have thousands in the area...they are shy of decoy spreads now, but quite a few screw up every day.
