I use it more than clean it. My FIL is dead so no worries there. He was my fishing buddy . Wish he was still here to get it dirty .

Yeah, I love that my FIL keeps my boat dirty. But hey, we catch a lot of fish so it is worth it. My cousin is the worst. He is a slob in my boat. Always breaking crap too.

I’m calm when they get it dirty but I still can’t wait to clean it when I get home.

you drive one of those mall queen 6in lift 4x4s as well don't you? It is a boat, not a fashion statement. Getting edgy when people dirty it up while it is in the water is ridiculous.

I wish I had one of those. Man, they are super nice.

I thought a lot about what you said and you are right. It is ridiculous and I look foolish caring so much. I need to control my angry and be a more patient man who is accepting to others especially those I find annoying. Thank you for the solid advice. Thanks again friend.

I clean mine once after duck season and if it gets really bad anytime of the year but my version of really bad would likely cause Ctiger69 to need to buy a new boat....

This is why I hate pulling a boat down a dirt road. Way to much dust.

My camp is about 1/2 mile down a limestone road. Black boats and limestone roads don't mix well. I wash my boat before I put it in the shed and its dirty before I get back to the ramp

Went fishing with this extremely OCD dude once. Had a nice bay boat. Freaked out over fish flipping on the deck. Had to flip the fish into the ice chest. Would stop fishing and wipe down the area a fish flopped Got to his house and he cleaned his boat for a solid hour. THEN dried it with towels and put a coat of wax on it. All this was on a Sunday afternoon. We fished til 645 and I didn't get home until 1100 that night Never again

I'm not that bad but I do keep it clean. It gets hand-washed inside and out after every use then shammied off. When we're fishing it's a different story. It's gonna get dirty and I'm cool with that. But it won't stay dirty when I get home. Bay boat btw.

a story like that is why I never care to own a glass boat. Give me an aluminum all day, bit it with a hose and be done with it.
