How many times do I need to hill potatoes?

I planted a bunch in raised beds. I've hiked once but really don't have the dirt to go much higher. How necessary is it?
I've never grown them so this is a first. I'm guessing they will flower at some point. Right now they are 2' tall big healthy looking green plants.
This is probably 2 weeks ago

I plant mine in raised beds too. I would mound up one more time, it's still early. I usually go until the dirt is almost falling out, then let the go from there. The more mounding, the more potatoes.

I live behind the county extension office. They grow them in a tall box (3 ft tall). I don't know shite about growing potatoes, but if it requires deep dirt, this is an option. If you feel like building some new boxes or extend your existing ones.

Next year I am going to till a large acre with my tractor and plant potatos and corn in it and save my boxes for tomatos and cucumbers. I picked a few squash and cucumbers yesterday and will pick a bunch os sugar snap peas this week. Contender Bush beans starting to make well.
Question about the bush beans. Will they make more after I pick or not?

My condenders made a crazy amount last year. I had 15 hills and put 67 gallon bags not counting what we ate fresh and gave away.

So they keep making beans like pole beans or do they all come in at once? I've only grown pole beans.

Yes, the beans will make more. With beans and peas, if you DON'T pick, they will stop producing. Nice garden.

I planted some in buckets. I fished one out, and it's smaller than a tennis ball. They are at 9 weeks. When do I pull them up?
