Yes and no. Its a combination. Two years ago I bought a 1000 rounds of .556 for $400. That was still during the Obama administration. People who have been buying shite tons of ammo have been doing it since he took office. Only since New Town has the shite been getting hard to find at decent prices. Gun ban talk started going around, and like gas prices after a hurricane shite got expensive.

KR I have to hand it to you. Were over here bitching about the price of ammo and you can go out and bust fence poles anytime you want. I think from now on Im going to be like you and buy a box of ammo every time Im in a store that sells it.

I don't think people should run out before they buy more or anything, I just think people hoarding thousands of rounds of ammo is a bit ridiculous.

People bid up for gas too after a hurricane and we call that price gouging. Dont get me wrong I am a firm believer in the fact that supply and demand meet at price. Its your duty as a seller to get the best possible deal for yourself, just like its my duty as a buyer to get the best possible deal. But dont call it anything other than what it is when you are selling at panic prices to panicking people because we all know you arent selling at the prices the factories are selling at.
