Honest on-site pre-purchase vehicle inspection recommendations for Prairieville, LA area

I don't blame them for not wanting to let a rando take a care somewhere without a salesman accompanying. In just a few minutes, hundreds or even thousands of dollars of oem parts could be swapped for parts-store junk.
Either on-site or have someone go with them. Both of those options aren't an easy ask though.
