Due to some logistical issues I am having to ride bugggy into camp. Has anyone put a hitch basket on Ranger with any luck?

Was thinking of getting an extender that also lifts up a few inches too.

All the time. If it's muddy, get you some mud flaps. You could also put one on the front if you have a aftermarket bumper with a 2" receiver.

seems like a muddy mess. Look at Kolpin they have a shelf that fits into the holes in the bed of a ranger. I can put a bunch on that and still have the entire bed. Depending upon how much you have to transport may buy you the space you need.

All Seasons Feeders sells a “Z” style bracket to lift up the basket a decent amount.

The harbor freight one is lifted. Works good on my atv. Should work on a polaris.

I used to carry my small sprayer in one for bug spray.

Big sprayer in bed for weeds.

Bike squatted a bit.

I have 2 of these. One gets occasional use on the atv and vehicle.

The other I bolted the two halves together without the center part that goes to the hitch. I attached it to the rear rack to increase surface area. Not mounted off the back edge, just layed on top of the existing rack. Side bars on rear rack come in handy.

I have this exact one for my Can-Am. Universal 2in. receiver so it would work fine on a Polaris.
